Key Responsibilities
- Checks the completeness of appropriate quality checks required as per allocated shift
- Conduct step by step release as required
- Monitor and record the held WIP and finished crowns and closures
- Document daily internal quality information as per required reports Submit reports to the QA Manager and QA Supervisor as per filing system in place
- Conduct investigations and make reports on non- conformances encountered
- Plan and prepare panels as may be directed Conducts lab evaluations, trials and test as required
- Encoding and analyzing statistical data as required
- Ensures inspections of incoming materials as required
- Carrying out any other task as it may be assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure compliance to HSE and food safety requirements
Requirements
- Cert/ Dip Degree in production/ analytical chemistry/food science, Quality Control any other relevant training.
- Knowledge of Certification of HSE & Quality management systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Production Procedures
- Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
- Analytical Skills and able to multi task
- Attention to Detail and good Teamwork skills
