Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role

1. NestVest is a fast-growing Nairobi property platform covering residential rentals, property resales and new real-estate project promotions. We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive enquiry-to-deal conversion for our rental and resale listings. You will own the full sales cycle — organizing viewings, pitching listings, following up with prospective clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
2. Actively pitch and present our verified property listings to generate interest and conversions.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up (phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM).
4. Negotiate offers and guide clients through to successful deal closure.
5. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure leads are followed up promptly and accurately logged.
6. Meet monthly sales targets for rentals and property resales.

Requirements

1. Age: 24–30 years (per company policy).
2. 1–3 years of hands-on real estate experience (residential sales, lettings, or property marketing).
3. Excellent sales execution ability — organized, persistent, result-driven.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Kiswahili is an advantage).
5. Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, comfortable working on commission + target basis.
6. Valid driving license and access to transport within Nairobi (Kilimani-based) is an advantage.
7. Able to commute to Kilimani, Nairobi.
