REQUIREMENTS

Certificate/Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management
Previous experience as a Room Steward/Housekeeping Attendant in a 4 or 5-star hotel is mandatory.
Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
Good customer service and communication
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Professional, presentable, and well-groomed.
