Your goal: grow room nights, meetings & events, and F&B revenue by building bold relationships, negotiating smart, and consistently beating targets. The Perfect Fit You’re a match if you: Are young, at heart and energized for challenges. Have a Degree/Diploma in Business (Sales option/minor is a plus). Bring at least 4 years’ experience in the service industry (hotel marketing/sales is highly preferred). Understand the corporate and commerce space. Are a natural relationship builder—confident, upbeat, presentable, and comfortable talking to decision-makers. Can work with others, influence without drama, and delegate appropriately. Very mobile and ready to travel locally and overseas.
