JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operations; Order and logistics support Verify courier and 3PL orders scanning and documentation matched Manage seller returns handovers to vendors at the station Administrative and procurement support Security & Loss Prevention Enforce access control measures for staff, couriers, and visitors at the station. Monitor and respond timely internal CCTV request Manage company parking space to ensure security and order in the station Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to company SOPs and security policies at the station. Report hazards or risks that may compromise safety or operations. Guide staff on security awareness and compliance procedures. detail. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in security, logistics, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of E-commerce warehouse/station management systems is an added advantage. Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong integrity, vigilance, and attention to records keeping.
