Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned client sites to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and spot checks to verify compliance and readiness of security teams.
- Ensure guards are properly deployed, punctual, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incident reporting, investigations, and escalate security concerns to management.
- Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to security staff to enhance performance and discipline.
- Liaise with clients to address their security needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation on site activities, incidents, and guard performance.
- Ensure motorcycles and other supervisory equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate; Diploma in Security Management or related field is an added advantage.
- Valid motorcycle license (Category A) - must be confident and experienced in riding.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a security firm.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and reporting procedures.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
