About the Role

  1. NestVest is a fast-growing Nairobi property platform covering residential rentals, resales and new real-estate project promotions. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of both digital product design and brand/visual design. You will design high-converting property platform interfaces and produce the marketing visuals that drive our listings, campaigns and brand across all channels.
  2. This is a full-stack design role β€” we need someone who thinks like a product person and can also roll up their sleeves in front-end basics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product / UI-UX Design
    • Design and iterate on the NestVest platform (web & mobile): property search, listing pages, lead flows, dashboards, admin tools.
    • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes and design systems in Figma.
    • Own the design-to-development handoff and ensure pixel-accurate implementation.
  2. Brand & Graphic Design
    • Create e-commerce, brand identity, packaging and marketing visuals (campaigns, listings, social creatives).
    • Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  3. Product Thinking
    • Understand the basic product-development flow (discovery β†’ design β†’ build β†’ test β†’ iterate).
    • Proactively identify UX problems, propose solutions and coordinate with product & engineering.
  4. Front-End Basics
    • Ability to implement basic style changes directly in HTML & CSS (minor UI fixes without waiting for engineering).

Requirements

  1. Rich UI/UX portfolio across B2C, B2B and multiple industries β€” real variety that proves breadth of experience (include links to live projects).
  2. Graphic design portfolio: e-commerce, brand design, packaging and related visual work β€” we care about aesthetic quality.
  3. Product mindset: familiarity with the end-to-end product development process and a problem-solving approach to issues.
  4. Front-end mindset: hands-on HTML & CSS to make basic style adjustments yourself.
  5. 3+ years of relevant design experience preferred.
  6. Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Able to commute to Kilimani, Nairobi.
