What You'll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research.
- Partner with recruiters to support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate tracking.
- Meet sourcing targets and contribute to recruitment goals.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
What We're Looking For
- 2+years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience building candidate pipelines independently.
- Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems.
- Advanced Boolean Search and sourcing methodology skills.
- Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and self-motivated professional.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
