What You'll Do
- Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and pitching M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes
- Engaging existing M-KOPA customers to cross-sell additional products tailored to their needs
- Following up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfilment of agreed terms
- Meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality
- Ensuring all calls comply with established quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Maintaining talk time benchmarks to drive productivity and efficient use of calling hours
- Identifying and escalating customer concerns or objections to ensure timely resolution
Expertise
- Prior call centre or BPO experience
- Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
- A results-oriented, self-driven approach with the ability to multitask
- Comfort working with CRM systems
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
