RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
