Key Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
- 5-7 years' housekeeping operations experience, 2-3 in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, safety & inventory control
- Budget management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping planning to maintain cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train and supervise the housekeeping/laundry team
- Manage departmental budget, linen & supplies inventory
- Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance
- Monitor KPIs and compliance
