Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding claims.
- Maintain accounts receivable and collections activities.
- Process claim corrections, appeals, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform account reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
- Generate financial reports and revenue analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external billing partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience handling claim denials, rejections, and appeals.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Medicaid, VA Community Care, or Long-Term Care claims.
- Experience with AxisCare or similar healthcare billing software.
- Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping background.
