Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, Electric Fences, PAVA, BMS, IPBAX, Intercom Gates, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Respond promptly to client support calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system or application faults within set timelines
- Complete job cards for all completed assignments, documenting work done and reporting upgrade requirements to supervisors and clients.
- Educate and train clients on the proper operation of their installed security systems.
- Handle technical complaints professionally, escalate complex issues to management, and maintain the security and cleanliness of client premises during service.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center sales (FMCG, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical industry preferred).
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software usage.
- Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
