We're looking for a Virtual Nurse Customer Care Manager to become a key part of a growing U.S.-based Home Healthcare team, helping patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff stay connected and supported every step of the way.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Home Care, Home Health, Healthcare Coordination, or Healthcare Operations
- RN, LPN, EMT, or equivalent healthcare certification
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience working with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Strong scheduling, multitasking, and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Home Care Scheduling experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
- Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations
